Payment Policy

All fees for the Congress registration should be paid in EUR (€). In case you are paying via bank transfer please note that we must receive the full amount clear of all bank charges except for payments done by European Union citizens or in EU based institutions to which SHA payment conditions applyes.


Accepted modes of payment

All registration fees should be paid in advance in euros and made out to XXXX, mentioning XXXX. Please do not forget to indicate your first and last name on the payment. Payments can be made by:

Please make sure all bank fees are covered by the submitting account and that the payment is free of charge for the receiver account. Please mention the registration number and "ICSAT 2103" on the bank transfer. All registration fees must reach the account without deduction of bank fees.

Credit card

Visa or Eurocard/Mastercard are accepted up to a maxmimum of € 1,500. Credit cards are debited in euros.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

All cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail, fax or e-mail) to the Congress Department according to the following conditions. Please note cancellations received:

  • Until June 30, 2013 - € 00 will be withheld for administrative fees
  • From July 31, 2012 till July 00, 2013 - reimbursement of 50% of the fees paid
  • As of  August 31, 2013 - no refund can be processed

Registrants may transfer their registration to a colleague at any time. For any change of name a fee of € 30 will be charged. All registrations received at the Congress Department - ITD, by July 00, 2013 will be included in the list of participants.

Confirmation

On receipt of a completed registration form and correct fee, each participant will receive electronic confirmation of their registration. An individual email address must be provided.
